Health care coverage is available for uninsured children, pregnant women, families and single adults through Indiana's Hoosier Healthwise, Care Select and the Healthy Indiana Plan programs!
If you live in one of the following counties and need assistance in applying for these programs, please contact the Local Covering Kids & Families of Indiana Coalition. Click on the county link below for enrollment site and contact information.
Hoosier Healthwise is Indiana's health care program for children, pregnant women, and low-income families. Members choose a doctor and a health plan to get regular checkups and health care for illnesses.
Care Select is a care management program to serve Hoosiers who are aged, blind, disabled, adoptive and institutionalized children.
The Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) is an affordable health insurance program for uninsured adult Hoosiers. There may be a small cost depending on your income and family size.
