SCHIP Expansion up to 250% FPL

Effective October 1, 2008, FSSA announced the State Children’s Health Insurance Plan (SCHIP) will now cover more children.
Families, with children, making up to 250% of the federal poverty level may now qualify for Medicaid benefits.
