Continuous Eligibility
for Children Birth to Age Three

Approved through Indiana House Enrolled Act 1678, the Continuous Eligibility policy provides a child from birth to age three who is enrolled in Hoosier Healthwise twelve continuous month of health care coverage, regardless of any changes that may occur within the child’s household related to income or family size.
