Deborah Y. Rasper, FACHE, Principal for Rasper Healthcare Consulting has served in healthcare leadership roles and consulting services for more than 40 years. She formerly served as Administrator of St. Vincent Mercy Hospital, a rural Critical Access Hospital that is a part of St. Vincent Health and Ascension Health. She completed 8 years’ service on the United Way of Madison County Board, serving on various committees and as Chairman from 2012-13. Deb has been active in the American College of Healthcare Executives having served on Board of Governors, as Indiana Regent and on numerous committees. She also served on various Indiana Hospital Association and Indiana Rural Health Association committees.
Deb earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Health Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Deb joined the CKF-IN Board of Directors in 2014 and is an active member of the Governance and Finance committees. She serves as an Emeritus member.
