Kathy Koehler

Kathy Koehler, is President of Koehler Partners, a Women’s Business Enterprise offering training, project management, program evaluation, team building and program improvement services to government, non-profit and private organizations.  Prior to launching Koehler Partners in 2010, Kathy spent 10 years consulting with Crowe Horwath LLP.  While at Crowe, Kathy managed FaithWorks Indiana, a nationally-recognized faith-based initiative, and established a network of more than 1,500 service providers and community organizations to promote the use of self-service tools to apply for and manage public assistance benefits.

Kathy began her career in Indiana state government, where she was the Program Evaluation Manager for the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) Division of Family and Children.  Kathy also worked at the Indiana State Budget Agency, the Indiana Election Commission, and the Indiana Department of Education.  Kathy received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and her Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University.

Kathy joined the CKF-IN Board of Directors in 2010.  She served as Chair of the CKF-IN Marketing Committee until 2017 and served as Board Chair from 2017 through 2018.  Kathy serves as an Emeritus member.
