Pam Brookshire

Pam Brookshire, Immediate Past Chair for Covering Kids & Families, is Vice President of Community Services at Brightpoint responsible for all programs except for Head Start.  Pam co-authored the Family Development Matrix, an assessment tool and case management system that has been adopted by all CAAs in Indiana and many more organizations across the state.  Pam has provided leadership on many homeless/housing and case management projects, including development of a community-wide Case Coordination System.

Pam serves on the Healthier Moms and Babies Advisory Board and the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre Board.  She is a graduate of the National Community Action Management Academy and is a certified Family Development Specialist.

Pam has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communications and minors in Psychology and English Literature from DePauw University and a Master of Public Affairs Degree from Indiana University.

Pam joined the CKF-IN Board of Directors in 2010 and served as Board Chair from 2018 – 2020 and as an At Large member as a Lead Agency Representative.  In addition to being Immediate Past Chair and Chair of the Lead Agency Executives Committee, she is active on the Policy & Provider Committee.
