Toni Estep is the Owner/Principal for TRE Consulting, LLC, specializing in health care administrative services, board/governance, strategic planning, and corporate compliance. She retired from Open Door Health Services in June 2016 after serving as CEO since 2000.
Toni began her career at Open Door in 1979 as a Nutritionist for the WIC program. She is a graduate of Ball State University, earning a BS in Dietetics with a minor in Public Health and a MA in Home Economics with an emphasis on Nutrition. Toni has served on many other boards including the Indiana Primary Health Care Association, United Way of Delaware County, Quality Housing Development (QUAD), and Rotary Club of Muncie.
Toni has been involved with CKF since the creation of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation CKF initiative in 1999 and served as Board Chair from 2011 through 2014. Beginning in 2019, she serves as an Emeritus member and is an active member of the Governance Committee.
