Tory Castor

Tory Callaghan Castor is Senior Vice President of Government Affairs for Indiana University Health.  In this role, Tory directs IU Health’s legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts before federal, state and local governments, their agencies and other related entities.

Some of her more recent accomplishments include: securing $94M in additional reimbursement to IU Health for uncompensated health care services; reforming Indiana’s telehealth laws; and leading the coalition which successfully enacted Indiana’s first-ever statewide smoking ban.  Tory is a graduate of the University of Dayton, cum laude, and its School of Law.  She and her husband Mike have two children.  Tory is active in many political and civic organizations, and the family is a member of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church.

Tory joined the CKF Board of Directors in 2013 and represents IU Health as a Permanent member.  She is active on the Governance and Policy & Provider committees.
