Holcomb to Pause HIP & CHIP Co-Pays During Outbreak

Governor Holcomb has announced that participants in the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) will not be required to make premium payments during the COVID-19 outbreak.  Additionally, job search requirements are waived for those applying for TANF benefits.  The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration will be seeking a federal waiver to extend renewals for existing Medicaid and HIP recipients.
