The Indiana Family & Social Services Administration has (FSSA) reopened local Division of Family Resources offices. Whenever possible, it is strongly encouraged to use www.fssabenefits.in.gov or call 800-403-0864. Long waits at offices are possible due to social distancing and capacity limitations. Each office also has a drop box where paperwork and documents can be left without entering the building.
